Tips To Crack AFCAT Written Exam 2 2016

Indian Air Force will conduct AFCAT Exam 2/2016 on 26 August 2016. Careerairforce.nic.in which is the official website for Air Force is still accepting the forms till 30 June 2016. If you havn't filled the forms yet, click here to check you eligibility and fill out the forms on or before the last date. After the closing of the registration, the Air Force will publich the admit cards for AFCAT2 Exam, the students can download their admit cards by logging into the respective ids provided to them at careerairforce.nic.in website. The candidates can follow these tips to clear their AFCAT written exam which can help them to get good marks in the exam.

Tips To Crack AFCAT Written Exam 2 2016:

1. The candidates should know all the subjects and the lessons which will be asked in the AFCAT exam. The exam mostly focuses on the sections like English, Maths, General Knowledge and Non-Verbal.

2.  To prepare for the English section, the candidates should start reading english newspapers. This will do 80% of your work in clearing the English section and will help you to score good marks in this section. The candidates mainly focus on Antonyms and Synonyms of words which are essential for candidates if they want to score well in this section.

3. The candidates should always start with the easiest section. If you think you have a strong base in mathematics, then you should always start you exam with this perticular section. This section will also help you to get much marks as compared to other sections and also you will feel more confident after solving the section.



4. Avoid attempting the questions that you are not sure about. AFCAT exam has negitive marking scheme, so 3 mark will be deducted for 3 wrong answers. And each question is of 3 marks.

5. Spatial ability is also one of the sections where the candidates can score maximum marks. The qonly thing you need to know is what kind of questions will come in Spatial ability and mental ability section.

7. Every year some candidates do wrong marking on their OMR sheet due to which their OMR sheet was marked as invalid and wasn't considered for AFCAT exam. So think twice and read carefully what you are going to write on your OMR sheet. You can also clarify anything from the officials there if you find anything confusing.



8. Start your AFCAT exam prepration with different sources like AFCAT exam books or you can also join any AFCAT online coaching. At least one month prior prepration is needed to crack AFCAT exam. It is not like you academic exam which will be cleared by join studying overnight. It requires prior prepration to crack the exam.

9. The candidates who are applying for the techniocal branches have to give EKT exam along with the AFCAT exam. If you were not able to pass the EKT exam, though you have cleared the AFCAT exam, you will not be eligible for technical branches at AFSB Interview.

10. To prepare for the EKT exam, the candidates should go through the previous years EKT question papers for their respective branches. You can also refer your engineering books which is best for preparing for the EKT exam.
